PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1

MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT

Fees for the year are divided into 12 monthly payments which are due by the 15th of each month.

Example

Child 1 participates in one 45 minute class per week

This class is priced at £6.00

£6.00 x 35 weeks =£210.00

Divided into 12 monthly payments = £17.50

(35 weeks is calculated for 2025 as the term weeks from September 2024 to August 2025)

OPTION 2

YEARLY

This option is only available to pupils whose classes do not change throughout the course of the year and allows for payment for the year in one go.

As per the above example, your payment would be £210.00 to be received by the 15th September 2024.

WAYS TO PAY

Electronic Banking - Standing Order/BACS/Direct Debit

Cash - To be handed in, in an envelope and clearly marked with pupil's name

LESSONS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR EVEN IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND, AS THE RENTAL FOR THE HALL HAS TO BE PAID FOR REGARDLESS

FAMILY DISCOUNT

Discount for families with more than one child dancing, will be applied for those who qualify.

LATE PAYMENT FEES

A £10 late payment fee will occur each month until the account is up to date

If your payment, regardless of which payment plan option you choose, isn't received by the allocated date on your invoice, you will automatically receive a £10 admin charge per month.
